Mi AirDots- True wireless

Xiaomi is apparently prepping to bring a new set of wireless earbuds to the market just weeks after unveiling its brand new 'AirDots' earphones. The upcoming devices have now been certified by the US communications regulator, FCC, revealing a few key details about them.

Expected to be marketed as the 'Mi True Wireless Earphones', the one thing that's hard to miss about the upcoming earbuds is their extreme similarity with Apple's AirPods in terms of design. Xiaomi, however, is providing silicone ear tip covers that, according to the FCC documentation, will be available in three different sizes.

The illustrations (seen below) posted on the FCC site seem to reveal the presence of a multi-function button as well as a USB Type-C port for charging. The device will support Bluetooth 4.2 and work for up to 3-hrs on a single charge. The earbuds are being tipped to launch on December 8
